I was inspired by the Moody Mixologist from New Hampshire to make a fresh garden simple syrup and it was truly something special to add to an old favorite gin recipe, the Gimlet.
2oz. Indira Gin
1oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4oz lavender sage simple syrup
Shake for 10 seconds and stain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thinly sliced lime for fresh garden lavender and sage leaves. If you want yours sweeter or less sweet adjust the syrup accordingly. Cheers!
