1-2oz Fever tree light tonic

I was inspired by the Moody Mixologist from New Hampshire to make a fresh garden simple syrup and it was truly something special to add to an old favorite gin recipe, the Gimlet.

1oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon

3/4oz Simple Syrup

Shake and strain, pouring over ice. Fill remainder of the glass with Soda Water/Club Soda and stir.

Garnish with Cherry and Lemon.

2 oz Brut Sparkling Wine or Cremant or Cava or Champagne

Stir all ingredients and serve over some nice looking ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

1/2oz Fresh lemon juice

1oz Blackberry Liqueur or sub cassis if you don’t have

1/2oz Simple syrup

Muddle a few fresh blackberries into the shaker to start. Add gin, lemon juice, liqueurs and simple syrup and shake with 1 cup ice for 10 seconds.
